Creator Agreement

1. Eligibility

To become a creator on IndustMesh.art, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be the legal owner of all rights to the content you upload
• Maintain an accurate and complete portfolio
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Content Ownership

Creators retain full copyright and ownership of all work uploaded to IndustMesh.art. By uploading content, you grant IndustMesh.art a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your work on the platform. This license does not transfer ownership and terminates when you remove the content from the platform.

3. Earnings

Creators earn revenue from sales and custom work commissions. Important points:

• Platform fees are deducted from each transaction
• Identity verification may be required before withdrawing earnings
• Tax compliance is the creator's responsibility
• Payments are processed according to the platform's payment schedule

4. Responsibilities

As a creator on IndustMesh.art, you agree to:

• Deliver commissioned work on time and as described
• Provide accurate descriptions, previews, and specifications for all content
• Maintain professional communication with buyers
• Respond to inquiries and support requests in a timely manner
• Honor any license terms or usage rights you specify

5. Violations

Violations of this agreement may result in:

• Content removal and sale restrictions
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Withholding of earnings pending investigation
• Permanent ban for intellectual property infringement or fraud

Serious violations, including uploading stolen content or engaging in fraudulent activity, will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.
